Qualifications & Experience
- Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- A high level of Personal Presentation
- Intermediate Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products
- Have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal aspects
- A strong work ethic
- Current driver's license
- Possess your own car
- Adaptable to various team environments
- The ability to meet any and all project deadlines with the clients
- Be able to work at least 5 days a week, including Saturdays
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new business and database management
- Create listings for the properties available in the market
- Inventory and Brand Marketing
- Follow up with new and current leads with the properties listed
- Conduct client meetings, followed by open homes and buyer inspections
- Participate in weekly training and mentoring programs
- Continuing education and compliance management
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
