Our client, who is a premier supplier and distributor of medical, dental, and laboratory equipment and consumables, who takes immense pride in providing top-quality sales and services to their esteemed clients for the last 15 years.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Sales Assistant to join the team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients.
- Assist in daily customer service tasks and collaborate with the team to support customers.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Engage with clients, address their needs, and build strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to building long-term relationships with customers to understand and support their business needs effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Full Drivers license and personal car
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY (eg: Dental Assistant)
- A good understanding of dental procedures and techniques
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
(Sales experience isn't imperative)
