About the Role:
As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Director and the Head of Field Operations for Retail Tasker, a brand management company servicing Coles, Woolworths and Independent Retailers.

Term: Casual role with potential for permanent employment
Hours: Part Time 20-25 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate family needs - WFH Options available
Hourly Rate: $35.00 an hour
Start date: Week beginning April 8th 2024
Location: Brisbane – with possible work from home solutions
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Sales Director and Sales Teams to maintain Client Databases.
Design documents to support the Field Team (Sales & Promotional Flyers, Ranging and Ranking Documents, TIO and Client Information Packs)
Provide Sales Director with weekly and monthly reports on compliance, ranging, out of stocks and cut ins.
Manage planogram implementation schedules.
Maintain SharePoint for the Sales & Field Teams.
Maintain Promotional Calendars (Chains, Independents, MSO's & Liquor)
Provide feedback on key issues identified in stores to the Sales Director, Field Operations Manager and Support Team
Assist the Field and Sales Support Team as required
Cross reference information from a variety of sources to ensure documents and databases are up to date
What You’ll Need:
2+ Years in an FMCG Role (ideally in a similar position or as an Area Manager/Team Leader). Independents experience highly rated.
Strong administrative skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (inc. excel, PowerPoint).
Good problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
Be able to manage and deliver competing priorities to deadlines.
