Sheer Designs is a building design firm engaging a 3D modelling to bring our clients designs to life. Providing a personalise service to prepare plans for our clients project to suit their needs and style. We also manage the council approval process on their behalf.
The role will be 26 hours per week flexible hours Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4 pm. Sheer Designs would be supportive of currently studying or further study in administration qualification.
Qualifications and experience- Computer skills, including windows and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Phone calls, calendar booking, customers and council follow up.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with customers and vendors.
- High level of organisational ability including time management skills/efficiency.
- Experience with accounting software MYOB for invoicing (desired).
- Order surveys, site information, building and flood certificates.
- Typical duties will include but not be limited to;
- Answering initial client enquiries and triage calls to the appropriate support team member.
- Answering general client enquiries via phone and email.
- Assisting the team with projects tasks as required.
- Managing day to day administration duties.
- Preparing documentation and forms for submission to council.
- Preparing quotes and invoicing clients.
- Managing client database.
- Electronic Filing officer documents.
- Making coffee for the staff and clients.
