Experienced Spa 2IC | Stephanies Ocean Spa

We are looking for an experienced Spa 2IC to support at our Ocean Spa at Peppers Noosa. 

Are you passionate about spa wellness and love to professionally lead a team? If so we would love to hear from you.

To be successful in this position you will need;

• Minimum 12 months experience in a 2IC/Supervisory role (spa/beauty preferred)
• Strong knowledge and skills in reception and associated spa software systems.
• Comfortable with rostering 
• Support delivery of Stephanies global marketing plan
• Passionate about our people with a focus on training and development
• Confident communicator and enjoys working cohesively and contributes to our incredible spa team
• Works with Spa Manager to maximise revenue opportunities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Hold a Diploma or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (desirable)
• Coordination of all guests and spa team
• You love to engage and connect with guests
• You have impeccable presentation
• You have passion for your career, with a proven track record within luxury environments
• You are a self-motivator and someone who loves continuous improvement
