Due to rapid growth, J&JJ Developments Pty Ltd T/A J&JJ Landscaping has an opportunity for an Experienced Structural Landscape Gardener to join our growing dynamic teams.This is a permanent full time position. Immediate start available for the successful candidate!Working under the supervision of our General Foreman. Scope of works included but not limited to: Artificial and real turf installation, garden beds and plantings, paving and tiling, retaining walls, concreting, decking ad pergolas, irrigation and garden maintenance.About the roles:
- Manage and carry out all Structural Landscape works as per the contracted scope of works;
- Complete work to a very high quality;
- Communicate clearly, effectively and positively with staffs, contractors and employer;
- Understand and possess the ability to build from drawn plans and written procedures;
- Construct landscape to relevant Australian or industry standards;
- Effective and safe use of all machinery on site;
- Lead a small team of 1 to 2 staff;
- Adhere to OH&S regulations and processes on site at all time in order to maintain a safe working environment on site;
- Maintain daily logs and timecards in project softwares.Professional and Personal Attributes:
- High-level Structural Landscape experience, including but not limited to, turf installation, garden bed installation, paving & tiling, retaining walls, decking, fencing, planting, irrigation and garden maintenance.
- Trade qualification and/or minimum 2 to 4 years Structural Landscape gardening experience.
- Motivated, have a strong track record of delivering on projects, high attention to detail with exceptional organisational and communication skills, and some leadership skills.
- White card.
- Driver's license and reliable own transport.
