Qualifications & experience
- 2 + years’ experience in the Horticulture industry
- Current unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Do you want to work towards a Qualification in Horticulture? That is a possibility - just ask.
- Experience operating and maintaining large range of commercial Landscape Maintenance equipment.
- The ability to encourage Team Members to work effectively together.
- Good time management and communication skills
- Current Chemcert is desirable, or willing to obtain.
- The ability to adhere to company WH&S policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace
- A desire to provide a high quality commercial maintenance service
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work within the team on a full-time site located Southwest Sydney
- Organisation and programming of tasks completed on site
- Take pride in producing high quality work
- Regularly liaising with the Team Leader.
- Ensuring all works are completed in a safe manner.
- Role is site based, working with the team to ensure targets are met.
- Involves working on a variety of landscapes onsite, ranging from formal gardens through to parks and open spaces.
