Underground Electricians
Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off - 12 hour shift
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
- Current LVR/CPR Certificate
- Current EEHA Certificate
- Create a safe and healthy work environment on the job and manage risks to an acceptable level;
- Ensure that all allocated electrical maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with Queensland Coal Mining legislation and requirements;
- Ensure that all preventive and statutory inspections are completed within the scheduled weekly timeframe, and requests for further maintenance work are enacted;
- Carry out breakdown repairs to electrical equipment as required;
- Provide electrical knowledge, personal drive and ability to maintain standards that support the safe and efficient production of the mine.
