Exploration Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Explorations Supervisor for a major mining client in the Bowen Basin Roster - 8/6 - Monday to MondayThe purpose of this role is to provide leadership, expertise and direction to the exploration field teams/crews to effectively manage planning, scheduling and execution of exploration programs

Responsibilities:Ensure safe operations of daily exploration activities in accordance with the relevant standards and operating procedures

Maintain exploration schedules, budgets and plans

Monitor compliance of exploration activities within the constraints of relevant legislation, licenses, approval conditions and safety standards

Liaise with internal teams for exploration planning and execution requirements.A good work ethic, with motivation to work in challenging situationsA drive to exceed expectations and to constantly push for results
