Exploration Supervisor

Chandler Macleod is a well-recognised recruitment organisation and we are looking for exceptional candidates to work with us. We are currently seeking an experienced Explorations Supervisor for a major mining client in the Bowen Basin

Roster - 8/6 - Monday to Monday

The purpose of this role is to provide leadership, expertise and direction to the exploration field teams/crews to effectively manage planning, scheduling and execution of exploration programs

Responsibilities:

Ensure safe operations of daily exploration activities in accordance with the relevant standards and operating procedures
Maintain exploration schedules, budgets and plans
Monitor compliance of exploration activities within the constraints of relevant legislation, licenses, approval conditions and safety standards
Liaise with internal teams for exploration planning and execution requirements.
A good work ethic, with motivation to work in challenging situations
A drive to exceed expectations and to constantly push for results

Suitable candidates will need to supply:

Resume - Current with contactable referees
Driver Licence (Front and Back)
Birth Certificate or passpor
Current QLD Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
Standard 11 - Statement of Attainment
