An opportunity has become available to join our Supply Chain Team within Tyson Foods.
As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will be reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager and you will support a small team of administrators covering both the domestic and export market.
The position of export administrator is a key role within our supply chain team. You must be available to work between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm, as this is a full time position with your roster dependent on the current requirements.
This position is required to work on site, no remote work is available. No Public transport is available so reliable transport is a must.
Responsibilities- All export documentation as required by Export Customers as per the Country requirements.
- Co-ordination of all outside storage requirements
- Schedule export container booking
- Allocate export orders by arranging container transportation and time slotting
- Arranging of all sample documentation and transportation requirements
- Creating and updating thee weekly loadout program
- Creating and updating the Production plan
- Raising purchase order for FMG raw material requirements
- Administrative functions as required by Supply Chain Team
- Halal documentation

- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Microsoft Office Packages
- Demonstrate a high level of ethical standards.
- Ability to organize and prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail is a must with the ability to work under pressure.
- SAP experience is preferred by training will be given to the right applicant.
- Ability to organize and prioritise tasks.
- Raising PD’s into SAP
- Data Entry into BSM, Creating export checklists.
