ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will value the deep connections you form with your clients, making a real and meaningful difference in their lives by giving them freedom of choice and assisting them to maintain independence within their community.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the individual care plan needs of residents with a range of activities including domestic duties, personal care, and transport
- Administration of medication
- Complying with customer service, quality standards, and OHS requirements

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Cert III Aged Care or Individual Support
- Experience working in an aged care environment is highly desirable
- Current Driver’s Licence and roadworthy vehicle
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Certificate
- Current Influenza Statement
- Minimum three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination
- Availability to work a range of shifts that may include early mornings, late afternoons and/or weekends
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work commitments
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and care
- Good interpersonal skills, written communication skills and presentation skills
