As a MSWA Community Support Worker, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, providing person-centered care and support right in their homes across the metro area. This is your chance to bring your skills and experience to enhance the lives of our clients during their daily routines.
We're seeking experienced Support Workers to join us in Beaconsfield, Willetton, Willagee, and Fremantle, covering various morning and afternoon shifts.
Your role will involve:
- Providing personal care to promote health and well-being.
- Medication administration and assistance.
- Meal preparation, household chores, and other essential tasks.
- Facilitating social access and leisure activities.
- Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
Our 'must-haves':
- Previous experience in disability or aged care settings.
· Genuine passion for making a positive impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Our 'nice-to-haves':
- First Aid/CPR certificate.
- Certificate III or higher in relevant disciplines.
