We are continuously building our team of Senior Personal Bankers, Personal Business Managers, and Mobile Mortgage Managers in our branches across Christchurch. Regardless of where you are in your Home Lending and Banking career, if you want to use your experience to build deeper relationships with customers and help them achieve their financial goals, we’ll work with you to find the right role in the right location.

Role Types: Permanent & Fixed Term, Full Time & Part Time

There is so much variety in your day to day at ANZ, you could be helping our customers by:

 

  • Providing professional expertise to customers, helping them meet their financial needs and goals.

  • Engaging in business development activities to attract new clients into the branch, creating maximum customer value.

  • Guiding customers through each step of the home buying journey whilst delivering exceptional service, resulting in customer advocacy.

  • Acting as a senior referral point for more complex customer needs.

 

Whatever the day has in store, you’ll be working with a strong team that supports each other and celebrates team wins.

To grow and be successful in these roles, you will ideally bring the following:

 

  • Home Lending experience, at all levels welcome to apply!

  • Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role.

  • Knowledge on the home buying process and industry.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • A positive attitude and a growth mind-set.

 

You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills but a willingness to learn them is critical. At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, so if you have most of these things in your toolbox, we’d love to hear from you.
