Johnny Fox's are looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to join the family.
Our main focus will be on providing great, friendly service, quality food and drinks, live entertainment and sport. We aim to create a venue that feels like home away from home with a welcoming team at the heart of the business.
As part of the Management team, you will provide proactive support to the Venue Manager. With an unwavering commitment to providing each customer, every time, with an exceptional experience, you will drive these standards as a role model and leader within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain a consistent and high-quality standard of customer service, in leading by example in a hands on capacity
- Manage floor and bar staff to ensure a service delivery that caters to an exceptional experience
- Ensure the presentation of the venue is of the highest quality and standard;
- Maintain a venue that is compliant in all areas of hospitality provided.
Our ideal candidate can demonstrate proven results in Hospitality and people management.. As adept as you are Front of House and committed to the customer experience, you will also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Back of House requirements, particularly in managing functions, inventory, ordering, rosters and social media management.
