Robert Walters are looking for proficient and meticulous scribes to join their talent pool assisting various government clients. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in recording and transcribing discussions, meetings, and consultations with precision and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Transcription:Accurately transcribing discussions, interviews and meeting notes into clear, concise readable text.
- Documentation:Prepare and format documents; minutes, selection reports, and correspondence as per established guidelines.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine documents to ensure accuracy and coherence.
- Confidentiality:Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Coordination:Interviews and reference reports
- Collaboration:With diverse government departments and stakeholders, ensuring prompt delivery of top-notch documentation.
About you:
Proven experience as a scribe, transcriber, or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using transcription software and/or Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of government recruitment protocols and processes is an advantage.
- Proven experience in transcription, writing, recruitment/HR or related fields.
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
