- Demonstrated experience in providing support to
Young People 16-24 including an understanding of the issues facing young people at risk and an understanding of the causes and impacts of Homelessness.
- Demonstrated capacity to deliver services utilising an advantage thinking approach that focuses on the capabilities, strengths, and aspirations of those accessing the service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills including active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in adhering to policies and procedures including a commitment to Quality Assurance Processes and demonstrated ability to adhere to professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
Tertiary Qualifications at degree level in Social Work, or related appropriate qualifications/ discipline. Hold a current
