We are seeking two Senior Legal professionals covering the separate areas of: General corporate and M&A: Advising on M&A activities (acquisitions, mergers and divestments); Advising on projects including renewables and sustainability opportunities; Providing company secretarial support; and Advising finance, tax and treasury functions. Mining operations support: Being the primary point of contact for legal services to Australian Peabody operations’ Familiarity with providing legal advice for health and safety, planning and approvals, environment, tenure, real property, native title and cultural heritage matters. These careers opportunities will be based in our Australian head office in the Fortitude Valley.
