Senior Property Administrator

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming calls and queries
• Assist with sales administration tasks, including preparing contracts and processing documentation
• Coordinate photography bookings and ensure timely uploading of photos to Agentbox
• Support Agents with administrative tasks
• Diary management and appointment scheduling
• Supporting the Principal with daily administration tasks
• Ensure document compliance

about you

• Previous administration experience in property/real estate experience essential
• Proficiency in using real estate software such as Realworks and Agentbox will be advantageous
• Experience with Form 6
• You will have strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Work with a supportive team in a collaborative and energetic environment
