What we look for
To be considered for joining one of our teams as a Dental Assistant we look for:
- 12 months experience as a Dental Assistant or qualifications in Dental Assisting (willing to learn if you're a trainee!)
- Possess a charismatic, helpful personality - one that makes people smile!
- Be reliable, honest and passionate
- Have a demonstrated ability and willingness to provide excellent service in a team environment
- Understand and respect the unique and essential role you will take in the delivery of our service to patients and Dentists
- Possess current immunisation clearance for Hepatitis B, or be in the process of getting these immunisations
For Leaders we look for:
- Leadership skills including the ability to motivate and inspire those around you
- The ability to build relationships quickly and easily
- Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in preparing and reporting on budgets, KPI's, business plans and rosters
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to make difficult decisions
- Demonstrated experience in effective people management - from employee rostering and leave management through to coaching and mentoring, performance management, training and recruitment
- Ideally, experience in the Dental industry, but not essential
