As an Extrusion Operator you will set up and operate automatic or semi- automatic machines or manual production using related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.We are looking for passionate people that want to be part of our journey and embrace the behaviours that we stand for:· We Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast,· We Care for the environment, our customers and each other,· We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions.About the RoleExtruding pipe to precise measurements and quality standards requires attention to detail and monitoring skills. For the process to run well, it needs to start well. Once the process is underway it is about minimising downtime by making adjustments when required and rectifying problems at the root cause, and not generating scrap.About YouYou will have some relevant experience but equally important is your willingness to learn new skills and your desire to apply them constructively and safely as a member of a supportive team.
