As a new privately owned Diagnostic Imaging provider, in Toowoomba we are looking for exceptional Clerical staff to join our team.
Our practice provides a complete network of imaging services and specialist care and is run by medical imaging experts and is ideally positioned to provide specialist services and outstanding care to the local community.

About the role:
As a successful applicant you will possess excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills and thrive in working as part of a flexible and supportive team as we grow into busy practice at heart of the community. Previous experience working in a Radiology practice environment would be highly desirable experience an advantage.
This role will require:
- Reception, welcoming and processing patients
- Patient information data entry
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties
- Managing telephone enquiries
- Supporting the Radiologists
- Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists
- General reception duties
- Fast accurate medical typing
Skills and experience:
To be successful for this role, we require the following:

- A professional, patient and courteous manner
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities
- Fast accurate medical typing - optional
