AddressWork with a global electronics business who is seeking an IT Helpdesk to work on a temporary to permanent basis. As this is temp to perm opportunity, you must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen.

The Role
- Reporting to the Team Leader, your main duties will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level/ support based on escalated incidents from the Service Desk.
- Providing day-to-day meeting support including setup of client and internal meetings, setting up new starters hardware and software, and escalating any high level issues to the team leader.
- Configuring, supporting and maintaining PCs and other IT equipment.
- Maintaining equipment inventory records including.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Previous skills and experience working in an IT Helpdesk role. You must have local skills and experience in Australia.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work permanently. As this is a temp to perm role, any temporary visa's will not be considered.
- Working in a small team, you must be able to pick up tasks quickly, using initiative and pro-activeness.
