Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of Maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. The FM & Inspection Coordinator is responsible and accountable for assembling executable work packages as part of the Maintenance Execution (ME) work processes which covers, but is not limited to: Coating remediation & NACE inspections within tanks. Coating, insulation & PFP on vessels, piping or structures including subsea assets. Deck coatings remediation & rope access repairs.
This is a permanent full time Perth based opportunity and adhoc offshore site travel will be required throughout the year.
The Coordinator is responsible and accountable for, but this is not limited to:
Coordinating scope for an offshore asset
Responsible for delivery of FM maintenance services in line with Inpex processes.
Overseeing, supporting and reviewing development of work packs, resourcing materials/equipment, planning, scheduling & coordinating the campaign for execution.
Assist in the preparation of Permits, Risk Assessments and HAZOPS/HAZIDS as required.
Liaise with Engineering, Vendors and Suppliers as required for prioritisation and progression of work scopes.
Attend site as required for Kick-off/start of major campaigns and support as required.
Attend After-Action Reviews (AAR) and produce lessons learned.
Facilitate vendor kick-off & readiness meetings for larger scopes.
Raise MOC/TSR as required to update systems, processes, Bill of materials and SAP master data.
Demonstrate commitment to and drive a culture of strict compliance with the clients Life Saving Rules and adherence to the Monadelphous principle of The Safe Way is the Only Way.
Participate and engage in safety interactions with crew and field leadership.
Work closely with onsite Supervisors to Maintain Campaign compliance to plan.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
Review & support updating the Integrated Activity Plan

What you will bring
Mechanical Trade or engineering qualification with a Fabric Maintenance and Inspection background.
Knowledge and experience working in an offshore maintenance environment.
Inspection qualifications are highly desirable.
Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
