We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize through our solutions.Partner with the bestAs a Lead Sales Manager, you will report to the Asia Pacific Regional Sales Manager and service an existing client base. You will seek to identify new markets and customers from assigned geographical regions. Product portfolio will include all of Baker Hughes’ Inspection and Integrity products.As a Lead Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Maintaining and growing key business accounts in Australia, New Zealand & PNG. Product Portfolio will be ILI Inline Inspection.Identifying and targeting new accounts using network of contacts along with market research and meeting or exceeding annual orders targetReporting and forecasting orders accurately to allow the business to prepare accordinglyApplying Key sales Management processes to accounts to expand market share and ensure maximum value for customersLeading a cross-functional account team to produce, maintain and share account plans for key customers.Preparing and submitting considered bids that offer innovative solutions to customers whilst protecting the business and ensuring profitabilityFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a degree in engineering discipline or similar with work experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services IndustryHave min 5 years of sales experience, including within sales origination and sales leadershipHave pipeline integrity knowledge would be highly regardedHave excellent interpersonal and presentation skillsBe able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to influence othersDemonstrate good experience in Technical Sales is an added advantageBe able to travel frequently through the regionHave permanent work authorization to be able to work in Australia.
