About the Assignment
Manage the coordination of an integrated team to deliver >US$80M of Fabric Maintenance scope to re-life critical process piping and vessels at the DLNG plant for a further 20 years of operation.
Tasks include:
- Support coordinating the planning, execution, and close-out of the DLE Project Fabric Maintenance scopes.
- Support the development and execution of cost reduction and value creation strategies.
- Take an active leadership role in promotion of HSE policies and initiatives with all execution personnel.
- Support the Fabric Maintenance Lead and Fabric Maintenance Superintendent, in the management of execution activities of >$80M Fabric Maintenance contract with a strong focus on HSE, quality and efficiency performance.
- Active collaboration and engagement with the DLNG Asset and Engineering groups to fit for purpose scope definition and planning.
- Support the development of execution management plans, schedules, and SIMOPs management in the field.
- Manage operations and execution interfaces with other major DLE scope packages to ensure efficient and safe execution of the work
- Coordination of Santos and Contractor workforce to achieve scope milestones within the framework of the DLE integrated schedule and budget.
- Delivering HSE compliance, drive productivity performance, QAQC compliance and Communications to the contractor superintendents and supervisors
- Disciplined approach to scope growth and emergent work.
About You
Essential experience required for this position includes:
- Proven experience in the use of project management systems and tools in the delivery of major projects.
- Significant years of supervisory experience in a leadership role within a Shutdown environment or significant maintenance execution experience, and/or Project Construction Management Experience.
- Strong experience in maintenance or construction Oil and Gas, Power or Process facilities.
- Formal qualifications in frontline management highly regarded.

- NACE 2 or internationally recognized equivalent
- Background in Coatings, Insulation, and Scaffold
