Facilities Administration
Team Leader will lead by example and support the day-to-day operations of the Rocky Bay hubs. You will ensure the delivery of consistent and excellent experiences to our customers when they are on site at one of our hubs.What skills and experience are we looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, e,g. senior administrative role, leading a customer team, facilities coordination
- Experience in leading, training, coaching and mentoring customer teams
- Effective time management skills with an ability to prioritise competing demands and complete tasks on time
- An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within immediate and broader teams across the organisation
- Effective stakeholder and external contractor management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in the use of Customer Management Systems and related data management and reporting
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health legislation and the ability to assess and manage organisational risk
