Looking for someone to assist with Admin two days a week with the following experience;
- Actively contribute as a key member of the Intake team to the successful onboarding of clients for services and support.
- Undertake the onboarding process for both staff and participants in a timely, efficient and respectful manner and making it easy to use for clients, families and support networks
- Expertly engage external agencies and professionals where required in the onboarding process
- Provide expert advice regarding NDIS plans, budgets, utilisation, and service options designed to maximise outcomes for clients.
- Utilise needs assessments to recognise critical information for service delivery and ensure all critical information is considered and utilised to support high quality support.
- Maintain current and accurate client and staff records
- Liaise with internal and external partners to manage the requirements of Intake and Agreements
- Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases.
- Organising travel and finance reconciliation.
- Managing staff and ensuring al documentation is done and up to date
- NDIS reporting and managing lodged incidents and restrictive practices reporting as required
- Managing roster and leave
- Admin work which includes responding to emails, phone enquiries, supplies, managing staff and working closely with the team as required
- Invoicing for clients both NDIA managed and Plan managed
