Our Nationally renowned client is seeking a superstar Administrator to join their Maintenance team in Burswood. This is a temp to perm opportunity
Start: ASAP
Location: Bellevue
Length: Temp to perm for the right candidate
Hours: Flexible hours - either part time or Full time - Mon - Fri (19-38 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: Approx $35 + Super
The Role
This role will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance Operations team, processing maintenance requests identified during routine inspections across various sites.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting Facility Manager with service request, reporting, administration
Following up and processing invoices/ client quotes
Maintenance and upkeep of the in-house CMMS System
Gathering all information required to submit maintenance workorders
Ensuring the work order and asset management service specifications requirements are delivered in a safe, timely and client focussed manner
Reporting and analysis of asset data
Liasing with clients about upcoming maintenance and services
Liasing with suppliers/ contractors to schedule in services
Data extraction from the Site CMMS and report development
General administrative duties such as credit card reconciliation and claims processing as well as assisting other administrative team members
Collating information for reports
Managing a busy inbox
Database management
Systems: MS Office Suite, Maximo (desired) or SAP / PRONTO
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration support role
Maximo Experience will be highly regarded or similar
Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel
Excellent attention to detail and customer service
Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
Reporting skills desirable
Excellent organisational skills
