About the Opportunity The key purpose of the Facility Management Support Officer is to perform CAFM system tasks in support of the Facility Management Services Team.Great opportunity to work closely with the Facilities Manager on the maintenance and management of day to day tasks and projects in our Serco facility.What you’ll be doing Assist the Facility Management Services Manager and the Facility Management Services Team to manage and maintain the Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. Assist with identifying and scheduling all planned maintenance tasks for the centres assets in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, statutory requirements and manufacturers recommendationsAssist with scheduling of all asset life cycling tasksEnsure the accuracy and completeness of the Asset Information Model consistent with PAS1192-3:2014.Assist with providing day-to-day direction, coordination and supervision of subcontractors that support the delivery of maintenance and life cycling tasksProvide support with the implementation of Identified business improvement opportunities that supports improved services and cost efficienciesAbout you - your ideal skills & experience Experience in providing facility Management supportExperience in performing a range of administrative functions Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Visio.Experience in administering a Computer Aided Facilities Management system (desired). CAFM or CMMS experience beneficialUnderstanding of operations within a commercial environmentCertificate III or IV in Business Administration (desired not essential) with the ability to undertake if requiredYou do not need to match every listed expectation to apply for this position.
