About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking a Facilities Advisor to join our client Rio Tinto. In this role, you will be conducting Level 2 and Level 3 compliance audits, facilitating quality safety interactions, demonstrating leadership within the field, performing critical control field verifications, overseeing meetings and contract reviews with key stakeholders, and ensuring contract and safety compliance. This position offers a 5/2 4/3 roster and has a duration of 6 months, suitable for residential-based applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducting Level 2 and Level 3 compliance audits
Facilitating quality safety interactions
Demonstrating leadership within the field
Performing critical control field verifications
Overseeing meetings and contract reviews with key stakeholders
Ensuring contract and safety compliance are among areas of expertise
Skills & Experience Required:
Mining or hospitality industry experience
Catering or hospitality background
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Australian C Class driversâ licence
