You’ll contribute to:
- Efficiently managing and coordinating Facilities and Office related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a well-maintained building environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes and procedures, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Balancing multiple competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality service.

- You have a proactive and adaptable personality with a strong ‘can do’ attitude.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- You are highly organised, detail-orientated, and capable of prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You are self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results with minimal supervision.
