Do you have?

• Certificate III in Painting & Decorating and Registered Painter

• Recognised trades certificate and/or considerable relevant trades/technical experience eg: plumbing, carpentry, or electrical
• Developed time management and work planning skills, including operational and customer problem resolution
• Knowledge and experience in the practical application of property and facility maintenance practices
• Minimum current 'C' Class Driver's Licence (WA)

To be successful in this role you will have good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a demonstrated appreciation of OS&H legislation and issues working in an outdoor environment with an understanding of industry standards and requirements.
