Do you have?
- Recognised trades certificate and/or considerable relevant trades/technical experience eg: plumbing, carpentry, or electrical
- Developed time management and work planning skills, including operational and customer problem resolution
- Knowledge and experiencein the practical application of property and facility maintenance practices
- Minimum current 'C'Class Driver's Licence (WA)
To be successful in this role you will have goodoral and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environmentand maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will have a demonstrated appreciation of OS&H legislation and issuesworking in an outdoor environment with an understanding of industry standardsand requirements.
