What you'll do
- Undertake day-to-day administrative activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Adelaide Regional Distribution Centre (Gepps Cross).
- Assist with management of planned scheduled & ad-hoc maintenance for the region using the national F&M platform
- Support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders for approved works using the nominated platform
- Assist the completion of DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
- File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
- Comply & support our contractor team to adhere to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
What you'll bring
- Proven 1+ years experience administrative roles ideally in finance, facilities, and/or property industry and/or building services (industrial preferred)
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Effective communication skills - written communications are succinct and always auto-checked for grammar and spelling
- Intermediate knowledge of various office suites - such as Google, Microsoft
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
- High initiative and ability to seek/implement process improvement methods
- Flexibility to work Monday - Friday (9 - 5:30) onsite at Gepps Cross.
