About us
Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank NDC (MoNDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect's national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines.
What you'll do
- Implement Planned Scheduled Maintenance Program using the national F&M platform
- Monitor contractor work and activity on site
- Conduct and complete DC specific property and F & M related inspections as assigned.
- Report and record all incidents in a timely manner
- Assist the Site FM Manager in procuring site-specific non-residential services and contracts
What you'll bring
- Experience in the facilities and/or property industry, industrial preferred
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex issues
- Knowledge of WHS legislation, principles and practices
- Experience in key stakeholder management, internally and externally
