About the role:
Are you a collaborative and hands on worker, who is passionate about giving back to the community? If yes, then the exciting Facilities Officer position with St Andrew's may be the perfect next step for you!
We are seeking a full-time permanent Facilities Officer to join our Maintenance and Grounds team. The Facilities Officer is responsible for the provision of high quality building and grounds maintenance within all areas of the College campus, assisting the Facilities Manager with the planning and execution of minor works projects, and performing set up and take down for school events. This role will suit someone with great attention to detail who has a genuine passion for delivering high quality maintenance work.

What we're looking for:
- No formal qualifications are required for this role, however qualifications in building, landscape maintenance or similar trade are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR
- Hold a current, valid Blue Card as required under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
- Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team with a professional, courteous manner
- Maintain a degree of flexibility in working hours from time to time as required for the position
- Demonstrate support for the College’s philosophy, policies and procedures, core values and commitment to the Anglican ethos
- Undertake other reasonable and relevant duties within skills, knowledge and capabilities and as directed by the Principal or their representative
