Job Description
As a facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility site. This includes managing maintenance activities, coordinating security measures, implementing sustainability initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with various teams to identify and address facility needs while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Roles & responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Ensuring WH &S compliance is kept up to date across the site.
- Effective management of centre services day to day.
- Inductions and management of contractors through the site.
- Keep the Centre’s plant and equipment in good order and repair.
- Key stakeholder engagement, providing impeccable customer service and relationship building with tenants.
- Development of maintenance schedules & asset plan to ensure efficient working practice.
- Coordinate security protocols, emergency preparedness, and access control systems.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain the Centre to a high level of cleanliness and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence.
