Your new role
The Facilities Manager will develop and implement proactive maintenance programs and be responsible for prioritisation and oversight of work received.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated skills and experience as a Facilities or Maintenance Manager
- Demonstrated leadership and management capability in developing a competent team
- Administration, organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a natural approach to liaising with staff, parents and contractors
- High attention to detail with the ability to work, be self-motivated and proactive to meet deadlines and forward plan
- Ability to obtain a WWC
- Ideally, a trade qualification in plumbing, electrical or refrigeration
