RetPro is a dynamic, rapidly growing specialist retail property service provider. Our pillars of expertise are Shopping Centre Management, Retail Strategic Advisory Services and Retail Leasing.
This role will enable you to join RetPro's team of passionate, high performing and dedicated retail property professionals. Working closely with the State Operations Manager, your key responsibility will be to assist with the operational and tenancy delivery requirements at Arndale Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and hands on approach to managing the job and "walking to floor" in the centre;
- Planning of repair, maintenance and upgrading works to meet customer and retailer requirements;
- Produce and manage the Annual Outgoings budgets and controlling expenditures against budget;
- Coordinating and managing contractors to deliver required outcomes;
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of key developments in retail facility management;
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the property through capital expenditures;
- Risk management and compliance with company OH&S policies and procedures.
Experiences/Skills Required
- Experience working as an Facilities Manager within a retail/property setting or similar highly regarded;
- Experience working in compliance with company OH&S policies and work safe reporting requirements;
- Experience with managing and engaging contractors;
- Excellent time management and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Tertiary qualification in OH&S or related discipline advantageous
