Fantastic opportunity to join our Property Services management team in a newly created position!
The position
Our Property Services team provide technical support and advice on building and infrastructure management across RetireAustralia’s regions in QLD, NSW and SA.
They are responsible for:
· Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and implementation of projects, services and contracts as they relate to Assets and Facilities.
· Engaging with people who manage and work within the business from corporate departments to village managers, and their onsite teams.
As the Facilities Manager – Property Services, you will work closely with the Regional Property Services Manager to:
· Support corporate Facilities Management activities and planned strategical projects.
· Assist with Asset Management, Procurement and Property Services functions within the business, focusing on process improvement, reporting and contractor performance management.
· Undertake team program scheduling, works management and organise planned Village works.
Based in Adelaide, this position is required to travel across multiple villages
We’re on the lookout for someone with:
· Demonstrated success in a similar role (including employee management).
· Experience in working within the retirement industry (advantageous).
· Excellent rapport building skills with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
· Tertiary qualifications in building services or a trade (desirable) or equivalent work experience.
· National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
· First Aid & CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain).
· Drivers Licence (current).
