Global company looking to grow Commercial FM team based out of Brisbane Your new company This leading global business provides a broad range of commercial real estate services to a wide variety of clients.For this role, they are on-site managing a commercial property portfolio for a major client. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Facilities Manager on a 3-6 month contract, to be part of a wider team and manage 3 properties across Brisbane CBD. Your new role Role is traditional Facilities Management role for a CBD based commercial assets.The role includes planning and service delivery including procurement and contract management of service suppliers with broad goal of optimising the use of the portfolio and keeping the client and tenant highly satisfied. You will be managing reporting and liaising with a range of stakeholders. What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced and motivated Facilities Managers comfortable to hit the ground running and with experience within a commercial / corporate portfolio. With strong customer service and stakeholder management skills you will be able to engage with series of internal and external stakeholders to ensure work is delivered effectively and efficiently.
