Support the Property & Facilities team at CDU and be the face to face point of contact for the service desk
About the position
As the Facilities Service Desk Officer, you will support the Client Services Manager by providing a range of high-level professional and integrated front of house, business and operations support services to ensure the Property & Facilities(P&F) team achieves its business objectives. You'll deliver excellent customer service in this forward-facing role and will be the initial point of contact for enquires from staff, students, public and contractors.
About You
To be successful, you will possess:
Completion of an appropriate level of qualification in accounting / business or similar and subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education/training.
Proven experience working in busy and complex operations or administration roles where high levels of client service delivery is expected.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
The ability to provide support and assistance in the design and implementation of client services improvement programs. The ability to work as a team member, including making decisions, setting priorities and adapting to changes.
The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to an excellent standard and build and maintain relationships with staff at all levels and with key external bodies.
Demonstrated experience working in a facilities related position with respects to the use and management of proprietary work management systems

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 5 and the base salary will be in the range $70,648 to $81,617 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $82,658 to $95,491 per annum including 17% superannuation.
