The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor managing 6-10 contractors for one of our largest clients at a Brisbane refinery.
Your Role:
Co-ordinate the daily maintenance requirements for building, vehicle and non-operational service facilities on site;
Manage facilities Contractors that supply maintenance services to buildings and misc. equipment;
Additional duties can include the daily distribution and collection of internal and external mail to various centralized locations throughout the site, receipting and payment of miscellaneous invoices.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning/scheduling all building requirements including internal/external repairs, furniture requirements, seating plans, etc.
- Timely service, maintenance, and repairs of all onsite vehicles including electric carts.
- Validating and processing of miscellaneous invoices.
- Weekly engagement meeting with planning team for scheduling and forecasting work.
- Managing onsite contractors including scheduling weekly and annual requirements.
- Entering all contractor SWMS via IBM Notes ensuring in date and valid.
- Maintaining all onsite uniform ordering (including pool stock, boots, winter wear, etc.).
- Managing all incidents via Cintellate (including entry, investigation and action close out).

- Strong Facilities Management background
- Autonomous and adaptable
- ability to prioritize maintenance tasks and push back where necessary to minimize expenditure
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate and influence across all levels of the business
- Commercial awareness and comprehension of business processes
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Understanding of SAP systems & Facilities Record Maintenance
