They are seeking a dedicated Service Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist in managing and coordinating Service Maintenance project planning and delivery activities. This role focuses on ensuring the services provided meet the quality and value-for-money expectations of our clients.About YouKey responsibilities include supervising the delivery of Service Maintenance work, planning and developing maintenance programs, and supervising office staff, field staff, and subcontractors. The role involves undertaking inspections and audits of government assets to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, maintaining a healthy and safe work environment in line with current human resource practices, and ensuring the application of the safety management system (SMS). This includes participating in WHS audits, conducting on-site WHS inspections, ensuring job documentation includes appropriate risk assessment, and promoting a consistent WHS approach.
