The position of Site Maintenance Supervisor will see you coordinating and supporting a team of field service maintenance staff dedicated to maintaining the fleet in a safe, reliable, and competitive manner. Your duties will be to support both the Salmon maintenance and commercial teams by meeting client requirements throughout these projects as a representative of Salmon Earthmoving.
A strong knowledge of CAT trucks, both heavy rigid and articulated is essential, coupled with CAT ancillary equipment together with Hitachi excavator experience would be ideal. Exposure to VIMS, SIS, and E.T highly regarded

To be considered for this role you will need the following:
- Commitment and leadership in following safe work practice.
- Cert III in Engineering Mechanical – Diesel Fitter
- Site Supervisor G1 G8 G9 (formerly S1 S2 S3)
- Proven previous experience in leading a safe, proactive, and dedicated maintenance team.
- Min 5+ years maintaining and repairing CAT / Hitachi earthmoving equipment.
- Ability to assist diagnosis and provide technical assistance to repair faults in a timely manner.
- Ability to maintain service and maintenance records in both paper and electronic based systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Current CBM and S11 RII within the last 5 years.
The successful candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
