Role
Join our team as a Facilities Support Officer and take charge of overseeing facility and contractor-based services at our Adelaide Campuses! In this role, you'll also be supporting other Kaplan sites/campuses nationwide.
Responsibilities
To coordinate, manage and maintain the Campus facilities and security for KBS Adelaide and University of Adelaide College campuses
Monitoring the Facilities task management system, Fresh Service and actioning assigned tickets
Overseeing contractors – The engagement, coordination and supervision of external personnel and contractors for site maintenance and repairs
Oversee the contractor management system for the campus, ensuring contractor licences & insurances are sourced, current & held on file
Induction of contractors to site
Delivering outstanding customer service and support to students and staff
Update and maintain Adelaide related documentation on the Facilities SharePoint Drive
Requirements
1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within the facilities team (essential)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office
Customer service focus
Strong problem-solving skills
Organisational and time management skills
Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
