About the role
The Support Worker Advisor, is responsible for promoting quality client service delivery whilst ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
Your main duties will include:
- Provide mentoring to our Support Workers
- Improve performance of our Support Workers through coaching/ training and development
- Meeting KPI expectations
- Monitor the delivery of quality care through workplace observations
- Participate in the recruitment and induction process of our new Support Workers
About you
- Must be Innovative and an effective decision maker
- Planning and Organisational skills
- Customer focused
- License, First Aid certificate, degree,
- Previous Experience ideal but not essential
