The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Facility Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Acting as a liaison with facilities and services staff of building landlord to meet the needs of SpinCo personnel
- As needed, working with outsourced service providers to provide additional needed services
- Serving as primary contact to ensure delivery of all facility related services to SpinCo personnel
- Communicating facilities management and corporate policies as needed to SpinCo employees
- Providing project leadership and direction for employee moves, renovations, and facility projects under minimal direction
- Ensure all applicable regulations are adhered to in coordination with other functions (Legal, HR, EHS, Security, etc.)
- Ensure oversight and governance and provide direction to the other SpinCo office locations in the country
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience in facilities management / site services
