As the Facility Manger you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, completing the day to day tasks of the store and maintaining an impeccably clean facility.
This is a full time Monday – Friday role
Full training is provided for this role.
You will be responsible for the following:
- A passion and commitment to deliver 5 star customer service face to face, over the phone and via email.
- Managing all day-to-day operations.
- Debt management including debt follow ups, debt collection and creating payment plans.
- Maintain impeccable site presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with use of initiative as well as in a team
- Undertake ongoing sales and customer service training facilitated by Wilson Storage
- Comfortable working with KPI’s and are results driven
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Drivers licence
- Forklift license (or willing to obtain)
Our ideal candidate will have/be:
- Customer service experience (face to face and/or over the phone)
- Sales experience (not essential but will be highly regarded)
- Positive attitude and proactive
- Strong teamwork ethic
- Results driven
- Not looking for just an administration role (you will be required to complete site tours and maintain a clean facility)
